1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hamletivegup’s website or purchasing any NFTs from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To make purchases or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. By purchasing from Hamletivegup, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of NFTs

Hamletivegup offers a curated collection of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) that represent digital artwork inspired by Turkish culture and history. Each NFT is unique and exists solely as a digital asset on a blockchain. Ownership of an NFT does not imply any ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights.

4. Purchasing NFTs


  • Payment: All NFT purchases must be completed through our supported payment methods and are priced in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Non-Refundable: All sales of NFTs are final and non-refundable, as each transaction is recorded on the blockchain and cannot be reversed.

  • Transfer of Ownership: Upon purchase, the ownership of the NFT will be transferred to your designated wallet address.


5. License and Use of NFTs

By purchasing an NFT from Hamletivegup, you acquire a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to display the NFT for personal use. This license does not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the artwork.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the NFTs, including the artwork, design, and content, remain the property of Hamletivegup and/or the original creators. The purchase of an NFT does not transfer any intellectual property rights other than the right to display the digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the website to engage in any unlawful activities.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website's operations.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems.


8. Limitation of Liability

Hamletivegup shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of NFTs, including but not limited to errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

9. Modification of Terms

Hamletivegup reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we believe you are in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from your use of Hamletivegup’s website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
